Unfortunately needtickets.com cannot deal with any queries related to the purchase of any ticket that you have booked online. We did not sell you the ticket, so if you need any questions answered regarding purchased tickets you must contact the customer services department of the site on which you placed your order. It is always helpful to have our order confirmation number available when contacting any customer services department
If you’re unsure which service you used to purchase a particular ticket, your first step is to check the conformation email you will have received when making the purchase. If that is no longer available try checking bank statements etc. Please note that the details of the booking service printed on the ticket itself may refer to the details of the venue's own or preferred online box office. It may not refer to the booking service that you may have used to purchase the ticket, particularly if you did not book by using the venue’s booking service.
