Please note that if you purchase tickets from an online booking service featured in the needtickets.com search results, you are purchasing your tickets from your selected booking service and not from needtickets.com. Your purchase will be governed by the terms and conditions of the respective ticket shop.
If you have a query regarding your purchase you must contact the customer service team of the respective booking service. You will find their contact details listed on the ‘Customer Service’ page on needtickets.com, but you are not a customer of needtickets.com. We therefore cannot assist you with your ticket query further.
The online booking services featured in the needtickets.com search results have been selected because they offer tickets for sale at the original face value price (plus booking fee and potage) and because they offer a customer service facility that you can contact should you need to.
Needtickets.com does not guarantee that tickets are available when availability is indicated. It is merely a guarantee that needtickets.com is being informed by an online booking service that tickets are available. However, due to the rapid exchange of data involved in online ticketing a booking agency may be indicating to needickets.com that it has tickets available, when it in fact does not have tickets for sale. Online booking may not be available for certain events, so it is advisable to check with a venue on ticket availability ahead of the tickets being released for sale. All the UK's major booking agency and venue online booking services that regularly offer online booking for events are included within the needtickets.com search results. Occasionally one-off events can be booked online outside of the most popular booking services.
Email Terms And Conditions
Needtickets.com will not pass on details of its email subscribers to third parties without prior consent being obtained.
Email subscribers will receive a minimum of one ticket alert per week. On occasion, in the event of major ticket releases occurring in advance of the weekly email, additional Ticket Alerts will be sent so that Needtickets can maintain an optimum service for the majority of subscribers. No more than three emails will ever be sent in a seven day period.
Genre specific emails are planned for the future and all subscribes to genre specific emails will receive them in due course.
The information on the Needtickets Ticket Alerts is provided in good faith and is intended to assist subscribers with awareness of tickets releases and purchase, it is not provided so that recipient can achieve a commercial gain.
